This is the only data relevant to this app, and can only be reproduced by visiting each and every computer to recreate each listing manually. I contacted their support. It took several business days to send me a sentence that explained that third-party data is lost during an iOS update.

Basically, they failed to safeguard the sole data their app maintains. I am screwed. Have a nice day. If the company had even tried to protect the one thing their app generates, or had any helpful advice, I would be much less angry. If I had known of their incompetence, I would have at least made screen shots to preserve critical data.
